ガイドツアーは、開始時刻により「ベーシック」と「アドバンス」の2種類がございます。体験内容・所要時間・再入場可否などが異なりますので、チケット購入前に必ずガイドツアーページをご確認ください。

※「アドバンス」は、2026年7月1日より、従来の「ガイドツアー特別版」から名称変更したものです。体験内容に変更はありませんが、来場日により開始時刻が異なります。

*ガイドツアーの最少催行人数は2名様です（チケットをお持ちでない乳幼児及び介助者を除きます）。お申込みいただいたツアーが最少催行人数に満たない場合、当該ガイドツアーの実施を中止します。中止する場合、当該ガイドツアーの実施が予定されていた日の 5日前までに、当社からお客様にガイドツアー中止のご連絡をいたします。ご購入済みのチケットについては、お客様のご希望に応じ、返金またはご来場日を変更します。空き状況によりご希望の日への変更ができなかった場合、当社は返金以外の義務を負いません。
