* ご来場当日、チケット窓口にて対象の学校（中学校・高等学校・高等専門学校・高等専修学校・各種専門学校・予備校・短期大学・大学・大学院）に在籍していることを確認できる学生証の原本をご提示ください。対象の学生であれば年齢は問いません。海外の学校も対象です。

* 以下の学校は学生割引チケットの対象外です：
カルチャースクール・職業訓練校・自動車教習所。

* 学生証の原本はデジタル形式や顔写真のないものも有効です。ただし、学生証を撮影した写真や学生証の写しは使用できません。

* 学生割引チケットで入場されるお客様全員分の有効な学生証原本をご提示いただく必要があります（チケットをお持ちでない介助者を除く）。ご提示いただけない場合は、一般チケットとの差額をお支払いただきます。

* チケット日時変更についてはビジターサービスまでお問い合わせください。変更毎に手数料1,500円がかかります。元の予約日時を過ぎてからの変更は承れません。

* チケットの払い戻しは承っておりません。

* ツアー予約時刻の1時間前からスタジオに入館できます（運営時間はこちら）。

* チケットは事前に公式ウェブサイトでのご購入を推奨しています。
